This is a bound presentation of 10 of the original Folies Bergere Programmes dating from 1923 to 1932 presented by Paul Derval Owner-Manager of the Famous Parisian Dance Hall, The Folies Bergere, to A. M. Lebras.

The 1926 and 1927 Programme, a work of art in itself, is full of pictures of one of the most famous star of the Folies Bergere, Mademoiselle Josephine Baker,

who epitomized the Art Deco era.... Many pictures of Mlle Baker are in full color...

There are a number of black and white photo's of JOSEPHINE and all the current artistes of the Art Deco period in this programme

These Programme are in excellent condition. Usual signs of wear to the volume's hardcover at the corners and along the edges of the spine, but these minor flaws in no way detract from this rare and trully wonderful volume of Folies Bergere Programmes.

There are approximately 180 pages of full color and black and white pictures of the stars of the Folies Bergere and scenes of the productions that made the Folies Bergere the famous Music Hall of Paris
