"CONTAINING HIS COMPLETE POETICAL WORKS, HIS BEST SHORT STORIES, NUMEROUS ANECDOTES AND A COMPLETE BIOGRAPHY OF THE FAMOUS POET"....it boasts that it is "PROFUSELY ILLUSTRATED WITH OVER HALF A HUNDRED FULL PAGE PHOTO AND HALF-TONE ENGRAVINGS."

Although a much-used treasure the pages are for the most part, in tact and still attached to spine...front and back boards separating from spine.....some yellowing from age, but no apparent foxing...the book is still a treasure ...Inscribed in pencil inside front "William Caines[?](Died) 1923. A Rememberance from Martha Cain (Died) 1947 to Alex Moore Aug. 26, 1926" and Label "My Book - Alex A. Moore"....
