The Poem is included as a poem on a separate page as well as with the music on other pages. This Sheet of Music is in very good condition, considering its age which I estimate to be between 1900 - 1911 because of the Art Nouveau decorated cover, and the copyright date of 1909 on the Dunbar song. The pages of the Sheet are browned with age w/ some minor nicks, there is a name written in pencil at the upper right corner and a barely visible 1 1/2" piece of tape extending from the upper right corner and around to the back, that was propably put there around the same age as the sheet itself...but these minor flaws do not detract from the sheet and overall this Sheet of Music is in Very Good to Excellent condition.
